The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society report that adults between ages 18 and 60 should get at least seven hours of sleep each night. Poor sleep has been linked to a number of health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and mental distress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, the CDC reports that as many as one in three adults<\/a> doesn\u2019t get enough sleep. This can be a sign of a sleep disorder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
